Refund policy
Double J Turquoise has a NO REFUND policy. In a case where you are unhappy with the item you purchased, you have 10 days to exchange your item.
All ‘SALE’ items are FINAL and may not be exchanged. No exceptions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible to ship the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Turquoise has many variations in color, some items may appear a slightly different shade in person. We will try to match the pictured item as closely as possible.

Damages and issues
Double J Turquoise prides ourselves in quality turquoise jewelry and accessories. We thoroughly check each piece before we send it out.
With that being said, we understand that sometimes things can get damaged through the shipping process. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
