Double J Turquoise has a NO REFUND policy.  In a case where you are unhappy with the item you purchased, you have 10 days to exchange your item. 

Store credit will be issued via emailed gift card or text gift card. Double J Turquoise IS. NOT responsible for keeping up with your store credit.  

Any ‘SALE’ items are FINAL and may not be exchanged.

Double J Turquoise prides ourselves in quality turquoise jewelry and accessories.  We thoroughly check each piece before we send it out.  

With that being said, we understand that sometimes things can get damaged through the shipping process.  If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days.  We will be happy to issue you store credit!
